# HYM: Shareholder Saiwei Electric agrees to transfer 37.175 million shares

HYM announced that its shareholder Jiangxi Saiwei Electric Power Group Co., Ltd. is transferring 37.175 million shares, representing 14.2981% of the total shares of the company, to Xinyu Jin Zixin Enterprise Management Center through a negotiated transfer. After this change in equity, Saiwei Electric Power's shareholding in HYM will decrease to 3.8462%, and it will no longer be the controlling shareholder of the company. The transfer price is 9.42 yuan per share, with a total amount of 350 million yuan. All shares held by the transferor are under pledge, and the procedures for releasing the pledge will be completed within 30 days from the date of delivery. This change in equity still requires compliance confirmation and other procedures from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange
