# EVERJOY HEALTH: Plans to repurchase shares for between 6 million and 10 million yuan

EVERJOY HEALTH announced that the company intends to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase part of the issued ordinary shares of RMB through centralized bidding transactions. The repurchased shares will be fully used for cancellation and reduction of the company's registered capital. The total amount for the repurchase will not be less than 6 million yuan and not exceed 10 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 5 yuan per share. The estimated number of repurchased shares is approximately 1.2 million to 2 million shares, accounting for about 0.13% to 0.22% of the company's total share capital. The repurchase period will not exceed 12 months from the date the shareholders' meeting approves the repurchase plan
