On the evening of April 22, RONG FENG HOLDING announced that the company was originally scheduled to disclose the "2024 Annual Report" and the "2025 First Quarter Report" on April 26, 2025. According to the current progress of the periodic report preparation work, in order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information disclosure, the company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to adjust the disclosure time of the "2024 Annual Report" and the "2025 First Quarter Report" to April 29, 2025
