# 阿克曼斥 9 亿美元增持 Howard Hughes 至近 47%

> 美国投资者阿克曼旗下的潘兴广场资本管理宣布将其在 Howard Hughes 的持股比例增至近 47%，并计划投资 9 亿美元以支持公司扩展业务及建立保险公司。阿克曼重返担任执行董事长，Ryan Israel 被任命为首席投资官。

美国着名投资者阿克曼 (Bill Ackman) 旗下潘兴广场资本管理 Pershing Square 表示，将其在 Howard Hughes(HHH.US) 的持股比例增至近 47%，公司正考虑建立一家保险公司并扩大 Howard Hughes 的业务范围。

潘兴广场称，将向 Howard Hughes 投资 9 亿美元，阿克曼重返担任执行董事长，Ryan Israel 被任命为首席投资官。
