# TDG received a commitment letter for a repurchase loan of no more than 45 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TDG (600330.SH) announced that it recently obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by the Jiaxing Branch of CITIC BANK (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC BANK"). The main contents are as follows: 1. Committed loan amount: not exceeding RMB 45 million. 2. Loan term: 36 months. 3. Loan purpose: special loan for repurchasing company stock. 4. The loan commitment letter takes effect from the date of issuance by CITIC BANK and is valid for 1 year
