# Cadence Minerals-backed Evergreen Lithium Acquires Leonora Goldfields Project in Australia

Cadence Minerals said Tuesday that Evergreen Lithium, in which it holds an 8.74% stake, has acquired the Leonora Goldfields project in central gold district, Australia.

The London-listed mining company said, the tenement package includes 13 mining and prospecting licenses along with exploration permits, offering near-term development and significant resource growth.
