According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XCMG (000425.SZ) announced that as of April 30, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 223 million shares through a special securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 1.89% of the company's current total share capital, with the highest transaction price at 9.05 yuan/share, the lowest transaction price at 8.00 yuan/share, and a total transaction amount of 1.946 billion yuan
