# KNT received a notice of case filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for failing to disclose the 2024 annual report within the statutory deadline

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KNT (300225.SZ) announced that on May 6, 2025, it received the "Notice of Case Filing" (No.: Zhen Jian Li An Zi 0032025018) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company failed to disclose the 2024 annual report within the statutory period. In accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," and other laws and regulations, the China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to file a case against the company on May 6, 2025.

During the investigation period, the company will actively cooperate with the relevant investigation work of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, continuously monitor the subsequent progress of the above matters, and strictly fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with regulations and regulatory requirements. The above matters will not affect the company's normal production and operation activities
