# WANGSU elected Li Boyang as chairman

According to the announcement from WANGSU (300017.SZ), on May 7, 2025, the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Chairman Hong Ke, who applied to resign from the position of chairman in order to better develop domestic business. After resigning from the aforementioned position, Hong Ke will continue to serve as a director, a member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee, and the general manager of the company.

On May 7, 2025, the company held the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting, where the proposal to supplement the board of directors was approved, agreeing to appoint Li Boyang as a director of the company's sixth board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval at the shareholders' meeting until the end of the sixth board's term. At the same time, to better seize industry development opportunities in the context of the AI era and promote the professionalization and youthfulness of the company's management team, on May 7, 2025, the company held the 25th meeting of the sixth board of directors, where the attending directors agreed to elect Li Boyang as the chairman of the sixth board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval at the 25th meeting until the end of the sixth board's term
