WEIGANG announced that the company's deputy general manager, He Songlin, unfortunately passed away recently. As of the date of this announcement, He Songlin indirectly held approximately 129,870 shares of the company through his investment in Pingyang Weishi Equity Investment Partnership, accounting for about 0.09% of the company's total share capital. At the same time, He Songlin indirectly held approximately 56,000 shares of the company through his participation in the first phase of the employee stock ownership plan, accounting for about 0.04% of the company's total share capital
