# EDA 集团控股拟租赁美国乔治亚州亚特兰大的物业用作自营仓库

> EDA 集团控股宣布将于 2025 年 5 月 9 日租赁位于美国乔治亚州亚特兰大的物业，作为自营仓库。该物业面积约 320,603 平方尺，租赁协议的签订将助力公司扩展全球物流网络，符合其成为全球领先的人工智能物流技术服务集团的战略发展方向。

智通财经 APP 讯，EDA 集团控股 (02505) 发布公告，于 2025 年 5 月 9 日 (美国时间)，本公司的全资子公司 (作为租户) 及本公司 (作为租赁担保人) 就位于美国乔治亚州亚特兰大的该物业租赁事宜与业主订立租赁协议。

据悉，该物业位于 4497 Friendship Road, Bldg.100, Buford, Georgia 30519, Atlanta, Georgia, the U.S.约 320,603 平方尺的空间。

董事会认为，订立租赁协议为本集团扩展其全球物流网络及足迹的契机，符合其成为全球领先的人工智能物流技术服务集团的整体战略发展方向。租赁协议项下的该物业将用作本公司于美国的自营仓库。
