# 中华银科技与爱能森科技订立战略合作协议

智通财经 APP 讯，中华银科技 (00515) 发布公告，本集团一直积极寻求新业务机会，以拓展其业务，提升长期增长及股东价值。本公司董事会欣然宣布，于 2025 年 5 月 13 日，本公司与爱能森科技有限公司 (战略合作伙伴) 订立战略合作协议 (战略合作协议)，内容有关于数字能源、虚拟电厂、微电网及光储充 (新业务) 的咨询、设计、运营及投资建立战略合作。

透过与战略合作伙伴在新业务层面的合作，本集团将能够提升其业务创新能力，增强其可持续增长能力，并从双方的资源整合及优势互补中受益。基于上述原因，董事会认为，订立战略合作协议符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
