贤能集团 (01730.HK) 宣布，旗下共居附属公司品牌 Coliwoo 本月在新加坡阿拉伯街开设共居酒店 Coliwoo Hotel Kampong Glam，期望为旅客提供短期住宿体验的另类选择。该酒店楼高四层，设有 24 间客房，每间客房面积至少 15 平方米，配备先进的自助登记系统，旨在为旅客提供无忧的现代生活体验。另外，Coliwoo 品牌另一项目 453 Balestier Road 亦预期会於今年 6 月开业。

贤能集团有限公司执行主席兼 Coliwoo 创始人林隆田称，推出 Coliwoo Hotel Kampong Glam 是 Coliwoo 的一个战略里程碑，除提供无缝衔接、灵活的短期住宿外，亦希望为宾客提供真实的沉浸式体验，令新加坡的传统、文化和 Coliwoo 社区建立深厚联系。
