Salesforce(CRM.US) 周四公布，已签署最终协议以收购 Convergence.ai。

公司指，Convergence 的技术使 AI 代理程式能够导航动态介面，透过即时适应弹出视窗、错误和 UI 更新等挑战，管理从基於 Web 的工作流程到多步骤流程。收购完成後，Convergence 的团队和技术预计将在 Agentforce 的推进中发挥核心作用。
