# Delian Group: Directors Guo Rongna and Yang Yue collectively reduced their holdings by 168,000 shares

Delian Group announced that the share reduction plans of the company's directors Guo Rongna and Yang Yue have been completed ahead of schedule. Guo Rongna reduced her holdings by 108,000 shares through centralized bidding, while Yang Yue reduced his holdings by 60,000 shares, totaling a reduction of 168,000 shares, which accounts for 0.0217% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account. The reduction price range was between 4.81 yuan/share and 4.94 yuan/share. This reduction complies with relevant laws and regulations and commitments, and will not affect the company's control and governance structure
