# Halo plans to increase its investment in its subsidiary Hong Kong Halo by USD 30 million

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Halo (688173.SH) has stated that due to the continuous expansion of its subsidiary Hong Kong Halo and the business scale of the company's overseas subsidiaries, its existing funds can no longer meet the funding needs for sustainable business development. In order to effectively promote the company's intelligent visual perception business and to meet the operational development needs of Hong Kong Halo and other overseas subsidiaries, the company plans to increase its capital to Hong Kong Halo with its own funds of USD 30 million (approximately RMB 216 million, subject to real-time exchange rates) (hereinafter referred to as "this capital increase"). After the completion of this capital increase, the total investment of the company in Hong Kong Halo will increase from USD 90 million to USD 120 million, and the company's shareholding ratio in Hong Kong Halo will remain unchanged, as the company will still hold 100% equity of Hong Kong Halo
