大成生化科技 (00809.HK) 公布，与合肥和晨订立战略合作框架协议，据此，双方将利用位於集团兴隆山生产基地的研究中心及中试设施以建立并合作营运合成生物中试平台。生产基地的研发设施包括约 10,000 平方米的工厂及厂房，连同生化、生物发酵、食品及动物保护四个研究和发展中心。
