# EVERJOY HEALTH's subsidiary plans to increase investment in Simic Building Materials by 600 million yuan to optimize its financial structure

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EVERJOY HEALTH (002162.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Simic Building Ceramics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Simic Ceramics") plans to use its own funds of RMB 600 million to increase capital for its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Simic Building Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Simic Building Materials"), of which RMB 595 million will be allocated to capital reserves and RMB 5 million to registered capital.
