# 永利澳门：可转换债券的转换价调整至 9.66905 港元

> 永利澳门宣布，根据可转换债券的条款，因公司资本分派，转换价已从 10.01212 港元调整至 9.66905 港元。该调整将于 2025 年 6 月 3 日生效，其他条款保持不变。

智通财经 APP 讯，永利澳门 (01128) 发布公告，根据可转换债券的条款及条件，转换价会就 (其中包括) 公司作出的资本分派作出调整。因此，就支付末期股息，转换价已由 10.01212 港元调整至 9.66905 港元，而有关调整将于 2025 年 6 月 3 日 (星期二)，即紧随就宣派及支付末期股息的记录日期后当日生效。除该调整外，可转换债券的所有其他条款及条件均维持不变。
