# Dongfang Electronics: Directors Ding Zhenhua and Liu Xunzhang resign

On June 6th, Dongfang Electronics announced that board members Ding Zhenhua and Liu Xunzhang resigned from their positions as directors and committee members of the board due to retirement and job changes, respectively. Ding Zhenhua holds 169,318 shares of the company, while Liu Xunzhang does not hold any shares. According to the Company Law and the Articles of Association, their resignations will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum, and the resignations will take effect from the date the report is delivered to the board. The company's board expresses gratitude for their contributions during their tenure and will complete the election of new directors as soon as possible
