# 安国控股的私有化要约以 97.74% 的有效接受率完成

**在完成私有化要约后，将从新加坡交易所退市。**

DRC Investments Pte. Ltd. 对 Amara Holdings Ltd. 的私有化要约以 97.74% 的有效接受率结束。

该要约以每股 0.895 美元的价格，于 6 月 10 日下午 5:30 结束。

DRC 于 4 月 28 日对 Amara 所有已发行普通股进行了自愿性全面要约。

DRC 计划完全收购 Amara，并不打算保留其在新加坡交易所的上市。

董事会已请求自 6 月 11 日起暂停 Amara 股票的交易。
