智通财经 APP 讯，中发展控股 (00475) 发布公告，与截至 2024 年 3 月 31 日止年度 (上年度) 的本公司拥有人应占亏损净额约 3110 万港元相比，预期本集团截至 2025 年 3 月 31 日止年度将取得本公司拥有人应占亏损净额约 1730 万港元至 1900 万港元，惟须经本公司独立外聘核数师审阅，方可作实。该预期亏损减少乃主要归因于本公司可换股债券衍生金融工具的公允值变动，由上年度的公允价值亏损转为本年度的公允值收益。
