# Zhejiang Meida: Invested 110 million yuan to acquire 4.8657% equity in MoVision

Zhejiang Meida announced that the company will hold the 12th meeting of the fifth board of directors on June 13, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the company's external investment. According to the proposal, Zhejiang Meida will subscribe to the newly increased registered capital of Magic Vision Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for RMB 101 million, and will also acquire RMB 9.1664 million of the registered capital of Magic Vision Intelligent held by Motovis Limited, which amounts to USD 22,791, with a total investment amount of RMB 110 million. After the transaction is completed, Zhejiang Meida will obtain USD 123,100 of registered capital in Magic Vision Intelligent, accounting for 4.8657% of the equity in Magic Vision Intelligent after this transaction
