# XNTS: Century City Group reduced its stake to 5.9689%

XNTS announced that its shareholder, Guangdong Century City Group, holding more than 5% of shares, will reduce its holdings by a total of 13.152 million shares through block trading from December 7, 2023, to June 17, 2025, accounting for 1.0467% of the company's total share capital, reducing its shareholding ratio from 7.0156% to 5.9689%. This reduction is mainly due to its own funding needs and will not have a significant impact on the company's operations
