# 刘强东：如果没有自营 京东早就死了

> 京东集团董事局主席刘强东在分享会上表示，京东的成功源于其战略：体验、成本、效率。他强调，最低成本不能以压榨员工为代价，并承诺不断提高员工薪酬。他指出，如果没有京东自营的优势，京东在电商竞争中早已失败。

京东集团董事局主席刘强东今日在一场分享会中表示，京东能够走到今天，战略就是 6 个字——体验、成本、效率。“体验做到最好，成本做到最低。” 刘强东强调，“最低的成本绝不能建立在压榨员工的基础上，不能给员工尽可能少的工资，不交五险一金。“我知道非常辛苦，可能比以前过得更辛苦，但是我会不断涨薪酬，一年半的时间涨了 7 次。你去问所有的兄弟们，收入再差的人也能涨 50%。” 刘强东说道。刘强东还谈到，如果没有京东自营这个唯一优势，如果只是纯平台模式的话，在互联网电商的比拼中，京东早就死了。
