# ZJR: Has repurchased 9.9345 million shares

ZJR announced that the company held a board meeting on July 8, 2024, and a shareholders' meeting on July 24, 2024, to review and approve the share repurchase plan. As of the date of this announcement, the company has repurchased a total of 9.9345 million shares through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 0.8242% of the company's current total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 2.31 yuan/share and a lowest transaction price of 1.67 yuan/share, for a total transaction amount of 20 million yuan. This share repurchase plan has been completed, with the actual repurchase period from August 5, 2024, to June 20, 2025. All repurchased shares will be used for cancellation to reduce the company's registered capital
