SAINT ANGELO announced that the company's director, Ms. Wu Liya, plans to reduce her holdings in the company by 468,800 shares through centralized bidding from July 14, 2025, to October 13, 2025, accounting for 0.03% of the company's total share capital. Ms. Wu currently holds 1.875 million shares, accounting for 0.13% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices. Ms. Wu is not a controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company, and this reduction will not lead to a change in the company's control
