# Tianyin Electromechanical's controlling shareholder, Lanhai Ruixing, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Tianyin Electromechanical (300342.SZ), the company's controlling shareholder, Foshan Lanhai Ruixing Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Lanhai Ruixing"), plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 4.250351 million shares (accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding from July 17, 2025, to October 16, 2025, and to reduce its holdings by no more than 8.500702 million shares (accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital) through block trading
