# TONGDA HONG TAI: Li Jing'an has been appointed as the chairman of the board

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TONGDA HONG TAI (02363) announced that Mr. Wang Mingli has resigned as the company's executive director and CEO, effective June 25, 2025. Mr. Wang's resignation is due to his need to devote more time and effort to other business commitments.

Mr. Li Jing'an has been appointed as the chairman of the board, effective June 25, 2025
