# NORSYN: The timeline for the technology renovation project to reach the predetermined usable state has been extended to March 31, 2026

NORSYN announced that the company held a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on June 26, 2025, to review and approve the proposal to adjust the scheduled date for the "Green Pesticide Formulation Intelligent Digital Factory Technology Transformation Project" to reach the predetermined usable status. Based on the project construction progress and the trial operation of machinery and equipment, the company has adjusted the scheduled usable status date from June 30, 2025, to March 31, 2026. As of June 21, 2025, the project has accumulated an investment of 33.0486 million yuan, with an investment progress of 77.42%. This adjustment will not adversely affect the company's operations and complies with relevant regulations
