According to the Qichacha APP, Sichuan Chenglu Zhihui Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhu Zhifa as the legal representative. The business scope includes: research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent robots; development of artificial intelligence theories and algorithm software; development of basic artificial intelligence software; development of application software for artificial intelligence; and public data platforms for artificial intelligence, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Chengdu Luqiao
