# XCEC: The stock faces the risk of being delisted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

ST XCEC announced that due to the need for further supplementary financial information related to the periodic report, the company is unable to disclose the 2024 annual report and the 2025 first quarter report within the statutory deadline. According to the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting May 6, 2025. If the company still fails to disclose the 2024 annual report within two months of the stock suspension, it will be subject to delisting risk warning and will resume trading. If the company does not disclose a majority of the directors' guarantees of the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the 2024 annual report within two months from the date the delisting risk warning is implemented, there is a risk that the company's stock will be terminated from listing by the Shanghai Stock Exchange
