# 罗氏药厂月租 40.5 万元承租湾仔中环广场物业

> 瑞士跨国企业罗氏药厂近日承租湾仔中环广场一个建筑面积约 9,000 平方尺的单位，月租约 40.5 万元，尺租约 45 元，属市场水平。罗氏药厂自 2011 年起多次更换办公地点，此次重回港岛区，虽然承租面积有所减少，但预计可节省租金开支，属于升级搬迁。

综合媒体报道，瑞士跨国企业罗氏药厂 (Roche) 近日承租湾仔中环广场中低层一个建筑面积约 9,000 平方尺的单位，月租约 40.5 万元，尺租约 45 元，属市场水平。

翻查资料，罗氏药厂自 2011 年起多次更换办公地点，公司曾於 2011 年租用铜锣湾利园嘉兰中心全层，面积达 1.5 万平方尺，其後一度迁至东九龙，承租九龙湾周大福保险中心全层，楼面面积扩至 1.6 万平方尺。今次重回港岛区，虽然承租楼面有所减少，惟料可节省租金开支，属升级搬迁。
