近日在社交平台上关于 “iPhone 发烫怎么办” 的讨论不在少数，还有网友调侃可以将手机运行模式命名为 “制冷模式”。记者以消费者身份咨询苹果官方，官网客服表示，手机发热一般有两种情况，第一种是设备超过了某个温度阈值，屏幕会出现 “温度计警告”，说明设备内部检测到一些异常发热，出现运行过载的现象，这种情况下用户必须停止使用手机，待冷却后再使用。第二种是用户体感手机发热，但屏幕并没有出现任何警告，这种情况一般不会对设备本身运行产生影响，对于网友提到新建一个 “制冷” 的手机运行模式，该客服表示：“这可能是网友比较幽默，其实没什么用。”
