# MLS: The subsidiary plans to purchase 18.77% equity of Purui Optoelectronics for 256 million yuan

MLS announced that its subsidiary LEDVANCE GmbH intends to use its own funds or raised funds to purchase an 18.7722% stake in Purui Optoelectronics held by Epistar JV Holding Co., Ltd. for approximately 256 million yuan. This transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization and does not require submission for shareholder meeting approval. Upon completion of the transaction, LEDVANCE GmbH will hold an 18.7722% stake in Purui Optoelectronics
