According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhoushan Andefu Green Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen Wei as the legal representative. The business scope includes: sales of petroleum products; sales of lubricating oils; sales agency; import and export of goods, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Jiangsu Andefu Energy Technology Co., Ltd., whose major shareholder is NANJING SHENGHANG SHIPPING
