# IMIC: The controlling shareholder Century New Yuan has lifted the pledge on 32.44 million shares

On July 9th, International Medical announced that its controlling shareholder, Century New Yuan, recently completed the release of part of its pledged shares. The number of shares released from pledge is 32.44 million shares, accounting for 5.27% of its held shares and 1.45% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Century New Yuan and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 46.932 million shares, accounting for 65.31% of its held shares and 20.96% of the company's total share capital
