# Over half of the cement stocks are in a state of being below net asset value

According to statistics, as of the close on July 9, the total market value of the cement sector A-shares reached 250.68 billion yuan. Since the beginning of this year, A-share cement stocks have averaged a rise of 14.18%, with 7 stocks increasing by over 30%, including Sifang New Materials, ZJJF, FJC, GuoTong, HanJian HeShan, Sichuan Jinding, and Tibet Tianlu. Recently, the trading activity in the cement sector has increased. According to data from Data Treasure, as of the close on July 9, the average daily trading volume of cement stocks since July has been 166.7 million yuan, a 27.48% increase compared to last month. Among them, FJC, Wannianqing, GuoTong, HUAXIN CEMENT, Jinyu Group, and TAPAI GROUP have seen their average daily trading volume double compared to the previous month. In terms of valuation levels, as of the close on July 9, 6 cement stocks had a rolling price-to-earnings ratio below 20 times, namely ZJJF, HUAXIN CEMENT, Shangfeng Cement, Conch Cement, TAPAI GROUP, and Qingsong Jianhua. In addition, more than half of the cement stocks have a price-to-book ratio below 1 time, such as Jinyu Group, Tianshan Shares, Jidong Cement, Conch Cement, and Wannianqing
