世纪娱乐国际 (00959.HK) 公布，与菲律宾博彩系统服务提供商 World Platinum Technologies(WPT) 成立合资，从事博彩系统平台及内容在亚太地区之研发、营销及销售业务，双方分别持股 51% 及 49%。根据合资协议 ，公司将分阶段向 WPT 发行最多 2,564.95 万股新股，相当於扩後股本 16.67%；发行价 0.62 元，较停牌前收报折让 13.89%。
