# HL CORP's shareholder LiTian Development plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HL CORP (002105.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Litian Development Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings of 3.6806 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding on the stock exchange or block trading within any continuous 90 calendar days after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement
