# RIKE CHEM signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Dongming Petrochemical

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RIKE CHEM (300214.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongming Petrochemical") to carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as the supply of specialized polyethylene powder, co-building an industrial ecosystem, technical cooperation in chlorinated polyethylene, new product research and development, and the joint construction of new chlorinated polyethylene facilities.

The announcement stated that after the signing and specific implementation of this agreement, it will help the company further reduce the raw material costs of some major products, expand sales channels for high value-added products, and enhance research and development capabilities
