# ST ETI: Plans to publicly list subsidiary assets for sale at 67.8342 million yuan

ST ETI announced that its subsidiary Dalian Zongde Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. intends to sell its two land use rights and construction projects through public listing transfer. This asset sale does not constitute a major asset reorganization. The transaction is based on the appraisal report, with the initial public listing transfer price set at the appraised value of the target assets by the appraisal agency, which is 67.8342 million yuan. The final trading counterpart and trading price will be determined and generated according to the marketization of state-owned property transaction rules. The company requests the board of directors to authorize the management to be responsible for the specific implementation of this matter, including but not limited to: coordinating with property transaction agencies to handle listing procedures, communicating with potential transferees, signing specific transaction contracts, handling the relevant change registration procedures for property transfer, and re-listing after legally and compliantly changing the transfer bottom price if no qualified potential transferees are collected in this round of listing
