# Some directors and senior executives of Tongda Electric plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 778,200 shares

According to the announcement from Tongda Electric (603390.SH), Mr. He Junhua, Mr. Mao Xiangbo, and Mr. Lao Zhongjian plan to reduce their holdings in the company due to personal funding needs. They intend to sell no more than 358,600 shares, 209,100 shares, and 210,500 shares respectively through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (excluding the period during which reductions are prohibited according to the regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange). The reduction ratios will not exceed 0.102%, 0.060%, and 0.060% of the company's total share capital, respectively
