# HXPP: The conversion price of "HXPP Convertible Bond" is adjusted to RMB 3.10 per share

Xiamen HXPP Printing and Packaging Co., Ltd. announced that due to the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution, the conversion price of "HXPP Convertible Bonds" will be adjusted. The conversion price before adjustment is RMB 3.27 per share, and after adjustment, it will be RMB 3.10 per share. The adjusted price will take effect from July 30, 2025. During this period, the "HXPP Convertible Bonds" will suspend conversion from July 22 to July 29, 2025, and will resume on July 30. This adjustment has been approved by the company's board of directors and complies with the prospectus and relevant regulations
