# HUITIAN THERMAL POWER received the competitive allocation result letter for the wind power project

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HUITIAN THERMAL POWER (000692.SZ) released a notice stating that on July 22, 2025, the company received a letter from the Shenyang Development and Reform Commission regarding the "Results of the Competitive Allocation of the Second Batch of 1.4 Million Kilowatts Wind Power Projects in Shenyang City for 2025." The main content of the letter is announced as follows:

In accordance with the requirements of documents such as the "Construction Plan for the Second Batch of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in Liaoning Province for 2025," the review and public announcement of the competitive allocation results for the second batch of 1.4 million kilowatts wind power projects in Shenyang City have been completed, confirming HUITIAN THERMAL POWER as the owner of the 700,000 kilowatts wind power project. Next, the Shenyang Development and Reform Commission plans to submit the results of this competitive allocation to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and requests HUITIAN THERMAL POWER to organize and carry out various project investment and construction work in accordance with the relevant requirements of the province and city
