# ZHEJIANG ZHENGTE plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHEJIANG ZHENGTE (001238.SZ) has released a draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 875,000 restricted shares, accounting for 0.80% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. This grant is a one-time grant with no reserved rights. The grant price is 19.74 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the completion date of the restricted stock grant registration to the date when all restricted shares granted to the incentive recipients are fully released from restrictions or repurchased and canceled, not exceeding 36 months
