# SPORTSOUL: Adjusting to increase investment in holding subsidiary

On the evening of July 29, SPORTSOUL announced that the company's board of directors approved the adjustment of the proposal to increase investment in its controlling subsidiary. The investment plan was adjusted from "the company's wholly-owned subsidiary HaiShuo Investment and SevoS using their own funds and self-raised funds to increase investment in the company's controlling subsidiary Vietnam SPORTSOUL by a total of USD 24.72 million according to their respective shareholding ratios" to "the company directly increasing investment in Vietnam SPORTSOUL by USD 20.52 million using its own funds and self-raised funds." After the investment is completed, the company will directly hold a registered capital of USD 20.52 million in Vietnam SPORTSOUL, with a shareholding ratio of 95%. After the investment is completed, Vietnam SPORTSOUL will become a controlling subsidiary of the company
