# ZLC: Completed the transfer of 5.56% equity in Bell Canada, receiving a full payment of 16.28 million yuan

ZLC Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling Zhonglu Youxiu Equity Investment Fund Partnership previously approved an agreement to transfer 5.56% equity of Guangdong Meidian Bell Technology Group Co., Ltd. to Guangzhou Weitong Future Technology Investment Partnership for 16.28 million yuan. Recently, the transfer of this equity has been completed, and the company has received the full transfer payment of 16.28 million yuan. This transaction has been fully completed. The announcement clarified that the gains and losses from this transaction have been accounted for in the financial statements of previous years and are expected not to impact the company's net profit for the year 2025
