# Hi-Tech Development: Beite Construction and Installation signed new orders worth approximately 627 million yuan in the second quarter

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hi-Tech Development (000628.SZ) disclosed the operational situation of its construction business for the second quarter of 2025. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Beite Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beite Construction") is engaged in construction contracting.

In the second quarter of 2025, Beite Construction signed 40 new contracts, amounting to approximately 627 million yuan. As of June 30, 2025, Beite Construction had a total of 152 signed but uncompleted contracts, amounting to 27.306 billion yuan
