# 《盈警》丽年国际料中期净溢利跌至最少 1,200 万元

> 丽年国际发盈警，预计截至今年 6 月底的六个月内净溢利将不少于 1,200 万元，较去年同期的 1,570 万元有所下降。主要原因是金融资产的公平值变动带来的约 2,320 万元的一次性收益，以及客户订单减少和美国关税政策的不确定性，预计收益将同比减少约 16.6%。

丽年国际 (09918.HK) 发盈警，预期截至今年 6 月底止六个月将录净溢利不少於 1,200 万元，而去年同期录得净溢利约 1,570 万元。

集团预计净溢利减少，主要是由於期内按公平值计入损益的金融资产，其公平值变动所得之一次性收益约 2,320 万元所达致，此收益归因於公司全数收到公司投资 Talentone Technology Limited 发行之可换股债券之未偿还本金及应计利息。

另外，由於客户订单减少导致集团收益承压，加之美国关税政策不确定性造成的不利影响，预期集团期内之收益按年减少约 16.6%。
